The visor can be either be printed in a see through resin, or vacuum formed with the visor mold. Keep in mind the visor files provided are a 1-1 scale, if you are going to do a vacuum form I would shrink the visor mold slightly to allow the molded plastics thickness.
the helmet is both whole and split into 8 diffrent peices for ease of printing.
Helmet files are scaled to roughly fit most people but it is highly recommended to re-scale corresponding to your specific needs.
